Our firm PS ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN LLC is 100% client oriented and our primary aim is to keep each and every client fully satisfied with our services. To achieve that, we will provide you with a complete package of architectural plans as well as interior and exterior design. In addition, we will provide all the necessary services for obtaining a building permit and ensure that the project will run smoothly, throughout the process, starting with the conception of the idea to its full materialization and delivery.
Specifically, we aim for close cooperation with our clients when the project is under study as well as during its construction and, we make sure that the expectations of our clients are being heard and fulfilled. We encourage conversation from the early stages of the design process, in order to understand the needs and the vision of each client individually and through our extensive experience and expertise we are able to achieve the best results possible. Panayiotis Savva was born and raised in Larnaca in 1988. He is the founder of PS Architecture & Design LLC that is based in Larnaca providing a full service of architectural plans, interior design and consulting.
Panayiotis is an international award winning architect and has received an International Architecture Award in his early stages of his career. He graduated top of his year from Larnaca’s Evening School. Previously, he was involved in the construction sector as a contractor for 14 years and worked on numerous projects both in Larnaca and in Nicosia. He later continued with his academic studies in the University of Cyprus, where he received his Architecture Bachelor’s Degree as well as his Thesis Diploma in Architectural Engineering with honors.
As an architect he has worked both in Cyprus and abroad where he gained knowledge and experience in various projects. His extensive experience and knowledge in his 15 years of involvement in the construction sector has provided him the flexibility and ability to perceive a project in both terms of design but also in terms of practicality and construction. He has expanded his knowledge in both the conceptual level and in the building process in projects relating to housing, hospitality and also commercial projects.
His involvement and responsibilities within the office include the organization, management of construction contracts, supervision of constructions as well as the management and design of complex and difficult constructions and projects. He is an active member of ETEK.
Stella studied architecture at De Montfort University in the UK, where she obtained her Bachelor in Arts degree. She gained her Master in Architecture in 2018. In the course of her studies, her focus was on preserved buildings and later on she enriched her knowledge on the topic by working in the cultural heritage preservation sector, in the Town Planning and Housing Department.
During and after her studies, she has also gained experience in other practices as intern architect, interior designer and architectural assistant. She is a part of the architectural design team since 2018. Currently, she is involved in most of the aspects of project design, management and team organization of the practice. She is also a member of ETEK .
She is an ambitious and passionate architect with hopes of improving urban issues through design.
Antonia Stavrou graduated in 2019 from the University of Cyprus, obtaining her Bachelor and Diploma in Architectural Engineering. She also accomplished her Thesis Diploma with distinction, with an urban design and research project.
Antonia is highly interested in the relationship of Space and Living being and has conducted relevant research during her studies. Her focus was on a research against the scenarios of maximalist Construction and speculative Privatization of Abandoned Urban Spaces.
During and after her studies, she has gained experience in architectural firms in Cyprus as Intern Architect and in Athens as Architectural Assistant. She worked on projects of varied sizes and levels of complexity.
Antonia is a member of ETEK and she is a part of the PS Architecture and Design team, since 2019. She participates in all phases of the design process.
Studied architecture at MSA (Manchester School of Art) where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in 2017.
During her studies she worked periodically with an architectural firm in Cyprus, where she later was officially trained there as an intern for her year out practice. She continued her studies in the University of Huddersfield, acquiring a Master’s Degree in Architecture in 2020 with a thesis focused on the Design of Common Spaces in Architecture and the effects of rising sea levels in future Architecture Design.
During her Master’s Degree she took part in two Design competitions. Following the completion of her studies, she is based in Cyprus and is currently part of the PS Architecture and Design team as an Architectural Assistant Part 2 for her year of practice since February 2021.
