This property is owned by a private company and is designed with the purpose of hosting V.I.P guests. As the name of the project suggests this residence was design with a seamless concept in mind creating a smooth transition from one space to another. In this project we played with the concept of volumes and alignment of the spaces. The main construction of the residence is made up from 3 volumes, the main house, the outdoor gym and the barbeque area. The simplicity in materials creates a clean and polished feel and look to the residence. The use of glass doors from one end to the other creates the perfect view of the pool and garden area and in combination with the open plan of the ground floor it creates an indoor-outdoor feeling. The sea front location of the house in combination with its design creates a luxury island life feeling.
